Accelerate AI is designed for businesses ready to move beyond exploring AI and begin applying it to their operations. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, the program focuses on specific business needs and four practical solution areas:

1. AI Assistant — A 24/7 AI-powered assistant that can engage customers through websites, apps, or social channels, answer questions, capture leads, and provide personalized responses.
2. Sales and Inventory Forecasting — Uses a business’s own data to anticipate future sales and inventory needs, helping reduce waste, avoid overstock, and improve purchasing decisions.
3. Customer 360 Dashboard — Brings together customer information from multiple sources, such as point-of-sale systems, customer relationship management platforms, websites, and social channels, to support more informed marketing and customer engagement.
4. Intelligent Document Processing — Automates the reading and processing of invoices, contracts, forms, and other documents, reducing manual data entry and administrative workload.

These solutions are intended to address common operational challenges across industries while providing businesses with a practical entry point to AI adoption.

Start at the Accelerate AI Kickoff

The program begins with the Accelerate AI Kickoff on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. During the event, business owners and decision-makers will see the four solutions in action, learn how to apply them to real-world business challenges, and receive details on the application and selection process.

Attending the kickoff does not automatically enroll a business in the implementation program. Following the event, interested businesses will have an opportunity to apply, and selected companies will participate in the four-week Accelerate AI program.

Four Weeks of Hands-On Implementation

Businesses selected for Accelerate AI will work directly with Nub8 through a structured implementation process that takes an identified business challenge through development, testing, and launch.

The process includes:

1. Problem Definition — A Nub8 engineer works with the business to understand the challenge, document existing processes, and define what a successful solution should accomplish.
2. Implementation — The selected solution is configured for the business on AWS infrastructure and integrated with relevant data and workflows.
3. Testing and Improvement — The business tests the solution in real-world scenarios and provides feedback to refine it to better align with its operational needs.
4. Training and Handoff — Team members receive training and documentation before the solution goes live, helping the business continue using the technology after implementation.

This hands-on approach is intended to give participating businesses more than a demonstration of AI. They leave the program with a solution configured around their operations and a team prepared to use it.

One of the program’s biggest advantages is accessibility. There is no upfront cost for selected businesses to participate in the four-week implementation program. Businesses receive hands-on technical guidance, implementation support, testing, training, and documentation as part of the program.
