Tallahassee State College Honors OEV Director Keith Bowers with President’s Award

Tallahassee State College (TSC) is spotlighting local Black business leaders with the 25th annual Cherry Hall Alexander African American History Calendar. This year’s theme, “African Americans in the Workforce,” recognizes change agents, barrier breakers, and influencers propelling our region forward. Tallahassee-Leon County Office of Economic Vitality (OEV) Director Keith Bowers is the 2025 President’s Award recipient, a special recognition presented to individuals who have made exceptional contributions to our community. He joins a collection of over 350 esteemed members spanning the calendar’s quarter-century history.

The 2025 awardees represent various labor sectors, from beauty and food service to construction and law enforcement. Join us in congratulating this year’s honorees:
