Jennifer Donald is the President of MDCG providing over 20 years of proficiency in project management, grant writing, proposal preparation, grant management, business research, professional development, technical assistance, and entrepreneurial consulting. Over the years, Mrs. Donald has presented at Jim Moran Small Business Leadership Conferences in Orlando, FL. and Peoplesoft Higher Education User Group (HEUG) conferences in Dallas, TX, and Atlanta, GA. As a Dynamic Community Leader, Visionary, Instructor, Motivational Speaker, Mentor, and Counselor, Mrs. Donald is consistently motivating others towards excellence and success. Jennifer is a member of Class Three of the Jim Moran Institute (JMI) for Global Entrepreneurship Small Business Executive Program (SBEP) and has years of experience working in city and county government. She is a graduate of Florida A&M University’s School of Business and Industry, where she had the opportunity to intern in New York City, New York; Rochester, New York; and Boston, Massachusetts. In her spare time, Jennifer loves to volunteer with Junior Achievement (JA) and is the Executive Director of TeenPreneur Foundation, Inc.
