Metropolitan Design and Consulting Group, Inc. (MDCG) is a Tallahassee-based business dedicated to assisting organizations and individuals develop creative strategies to maximize their profit and their potential. MDCG welcomes the opportunity to partner with non-profits, for-profits, universities, and community organizations to develop experience-driven solutions that will assist in operating more efficiently, effectively, and strategically. MDCG aims to assist organizations and individuals develop creative strategies to maximize their profit and potential. As a certified minority vendor with the State of Florida, a certified DBE with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), an SBA (Small Business Administration) recognized Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), EDWOSB, and a Small Business Enterprise (SBE), the company’s services are uniquely designed to provide comprehensive assistance for business continuity. Services primarily consist of business plan development; nonprofit formation; social media integration; grant writing; professional development training and workshops.

MDCG believes every organization or individual is capable of success with the right strategic plan, effective and positive mentorship, and by setting attainable goals and objectives. Unlike other organizations, MDCG offers a plethora of services under one roof such as business plan development, grant writing services, fund development, marketing, and advertising strategies, logo creation, website development, and studio art. In addition, MDCG has an IT (Information Technology) component with a concentration on Project Management, Software Application Development, Computer Application Training, and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).

Jennifer Donald is the President of MDCG providing over 20 years of proficiency in project management, grant writing, proposal preparation, grant management, business research, professional development, technical assistance, and entrepreneurial consulting. Over the years, Mrs. Donald has presented at Jim Moran Small Business Leadership Conferences in Orlando, FL. and Peoplesoft Higher Education User Group (HEUG) conferences in Dallas, TX, and Atlanta, GA. As a Dynamic Community Leader, Visionary, Instructor, Motivational Speaker, Mentor, and Counselor, Mrs. Donald is consistently motivating others towards excellence and success. Jennifer is a member of Class Three of the Jim Moran Institute (JMI) for Global Entrepreneurship Small Business Executive Program (SBEP) and has years of experience working in city and county government. She is a graduate of Florida A&M University’s School of Business and Industry, where she had the opportunity to intern in New York City, New York; Rochester, New York; and Boston, Massachusetts. In her spare time, Jennifer loves to volunteer with Junior Achievement (JA) and is the Executive Director of TeenPreneur Foundation, Inc.
