Community Input Needed for Strategic Plan

06/20/2016

The Tallahassee | Leon County Office of Economic Vitality has contracted with VisionFirst Advisors to create the first-ever strategic plan to systematically guide our community’s economic development efforts and objectively evaluate our progress over time. The plan will include objective situational, strategic, and stakeholder analysis, the identification of clear goals, and a mechanism for monitoring, measurement and feedback.

As the plan is developed we would like your input to create the Tallahassee | Leon County business community you would like to see in future years.

Please take five minutes to take a 10-question survey and make sure your voice is heard on the future of our community’s economic vitality. When you take the survey, keep in mind that every good strategic plan should, with input from broad sectors of the community, answer the following questions:

  • Where are we now?
  • Where do we want to be?
  • How do we get there?
  • How will we know we have made it?
